Sam Oliasami is a seasoned expert with over 40 years of experience in the hospitality management industry.  For the past six years, as an asset manager, Sam has represented the hotel owners and overseen management decisions such as budget planning, operation spending, sales and revenue enhancement, food and beverage concepts and profitability, renovation, and contract negotiations. He is dedicated to operational restructuring and turnaround strategy. Among many success stories, this is best exemplified by his tenure at the Doral Tesoro Hotel and Golf Club in Texas’s Dallas/Fort Worth area. His development of a strategic asset plan and attentive management style carried the resort to incredible heights, increasing NOI and catering revenue by 68% and 60% respectively. Following this, he proceeded to his final general manager position at the Crowne Plaza in Fairfield, New Jersey to direct a $12 Million total renovation and reposition the hotel’s sales efforts to meet and exceed the owners’ expectations. Sam is also a member of Hospitality Asset Managers Association (HAMA). 

Jeffrey Oliasami believes that success begins with building relationships, trust, setting goals and being result oriented. He has always delivered on these beliefs.  Jeffrey has over 35 years of a proven track record, including General Manager of Sawgrass Marriott Resort & Spa, General Manager of the 4 Diamond OKC Renaissance and the 4 Diamond Renaissance World Golf Village Resort. He served as the Chairman of the Board- VCB/ St. Johns, Florida, President- Ponte Vedra Beach Chamber of Commerce and Vice Chair of North Florida Hotel & Lodging Association. He believes in creating energy and enthusiasm among his team. Jeffrey thrives on challenging environments.  He expects nothing less than perfection.
